The Bergara BMR Steel in .22WMR brings precision, performance, and versatility to the rimfire category—crafted for global shooters who demand quality without compromise. While not specifically made for the Australian market, its rising popularity among Aussie hunters, pest controllers, and NRL22 competitors speaks for itself.

With a 20-inch 4140 chromoly steel barrel and 1/2x28 threaded muzzle, this bolt-action rimfire offers serious accuracy in a compact, lightweight chassis. The match chamber and 1:16 twist ensure consistent groups across a variety of .22 Magnum loads, making it ideal for long-range small game, varmint control, and steel plate comps.

Backed by Bergara’s renowned barrel-making heritage—trusted by precision shooters and custom gunmakers across the U.S. and Europe—the BMR Steel borrows design cues from full-sized centerfire rifles but keeps things light and fast. It features an adjustable Bergara Performance Trigger (2.5–3.5 lb), 30 MOA rail, and comes with both 5- and 10-round magazines.

Built in Spain to a standard, not a price, the BMR Steel has earned its place on ranges and properties around the world, and holds up well even in tough North Queensland conditions.
