Product Overview

Speer 7mm 145gr Spitzer Soft Point projectiles (S1629) are designed for consistent terminal performance and reliable accuracy across a range of 7mm cartridges. Manufactured using Speer’s Hot-Cor® process, molten lead is poured into the jacket to eliminate core slippage and improve weight retention. This construction supports deep penetration and controlled expansion, making it suitable for medium game hunting. The spitzer bullets profile enhances ballistic efficiency and supports flat trajectories at extended ranges. With a ballistic coefficient of 0.416, this bullet maintains velocity and resists wind drift, making it a strong choice for shooters developing loads for cartridges such as 7mm Rem Mag, 7mm-08, .280 Remington, and others in the .284 calibre class. This is a box of 100 bullets, not loaded ammunition. Suitable for licensed reloaders using bolt-action or lever-action rifles chambered in 7mm (.284) calibre.
