The Wedgetail MPR 308 Gen 2 is a modern, 16″ barrel, .308 Winchester pump-action rifle built entirely in Australia. This Gen 2 version features a precision Australian-made free-float 15″ long handguard, crafted for optimal accessory mounting and enhanced shooter ergonomics. The hard-anodized receiver mates to an integrated trigger guard and Mil‑spec 6‑position buffer tube extension. It includes Wedgetail’s enhanced single-stage trigger and ships with 2× Magpul PMAG 10 LR/SR Gen M3 magazines. The 16″ CrMo steel barrel features a 1:10 twist and is fitted with Wedgetail’s 3-port muzzle brake on 5/8‑24 threads. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty and full parts/accessory availability, the MPR 308 is ideal for high-reliability competition, pest control, and tactical applications.
